What is the cost and how do I pay?
Each family is required to pay a yearly, non-refundable fee of $50 upon registering for classes. Tuition varies depending on the classes chosen (see course descriptions for exact amounts).
All registration fees will be due at the time of registration.
All payments are handled through an invoicing system online through our website.
1. Credit/Debit cards and ACH are accepted
As long as space is available, you can register for a few classes at a time or all at once as long as you have paid in full the Thursday before classes begin. You may sign up for one class or as many as 4.

What's in store for my Thursdays?
Kids can choose from multiple academic and elective classes to fill up from 1- 4 class hours. Parents are welcome to stay on campus, observing their children’s classes, volunteering when scheduled, or just hanging out with friends in the fellowship hall by the lovely coffee bar area. We want this to be your favorite day of the week – a place where you can find resources to help your kids and friends to fill your heart! Classes begin at 10am, 11am, 1pm, & 2pm. We will break for lunch 12pm with a brief chapel service & recess.
What will I do with my preschooler?
You may enroll your preschool-age children (ages 2.5- 4) in New Lebanon Homeschool Guild for the available class as listed in our course descriptions, or you may supervise them yourself in the nursery. The nursery offers play space, rocking chairs, and cribs. A classroom will be available as a nursing room. Priority will be granted to families who have other students enrolled at NLHG and faculty.
What's my commitment?
Parents who have students in grades 5th & below are required to stay on campus. All students, regardless of their age, must be in class or in the fellowship hall. We cannot have students roaming the hallways disrupting other classes or programs that meet during co-op hours. Regardless of the age of your children, you will be assigned to a rotating parent work duty team (hall monitors, morning set-up, lunch clean-up, or afternoon clean-up). The number of times you will be required to work will depend on the number of families enrolled. You will also need to work with your children on assignments during the week (one hour per week is NOT enough time to cover any subject). You are still the teacher – our goal is to enrich what you are teaching at home – but we do ask that you make every effort to bring your children to their classes and to keep up with any work assigned. In addition, we ask that your child commit to participating in their classes for each semester that they enrolled.
